How Emotion Code Works

The Emotion Code, developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, is a gentle and effective energy healing method that helps release trapped emotions—unprocessed emotional energy that can get “stuck” in the body after stressful or traumatic events.

These trapped emotions can:

Interfere with your body’s natural energy flow
Contribute to stress, anxiety, or emotional imbalance
Lead to physical tension or discomfort
Hold you back from feeling joy, love, and clarity

Through muscle testing (a form of applied kinesiology) and energetic release techniques, we identify and clear these trapped emotions—often in just a few minutes per emotion.
